Custom pieces are available for children and adults.  The process is simple...

1.)  Jen offers custom furniture and wall art.  Email info@jennyhiser.com with the type of piece you are looking for.   If you have an idea of the type of design you want ( i.e. floral, sports team, a character, etc.) please include that as well.

*Also please provide your zip code, so shipping can be factored into your estimate.  If you live in the Chicagoland area, pick-up and delivery options may be available!

2.)  For custom furniture pieces, if we have the type of piece you're looking for on-hand, we will send you pictures for approval.  If we do not have the type of piece you're looking for, we will promptly find options to send to you for approval.  Typically this is done within 1-3 days, however some items may take longer to find. 

 

If you already own a piece of furniture that you would like to have customized, please send a picture of the piece along with measurements and approx. weight.  Please note, this option primarily pertains to locals, as arrangements must be made to drop off/pick up the piece at our studio in Crystal Lake, IL. 

 

3.)  You will be provided with a rough estimate as to how much your one-of-a-kind piece of art will cost.

 

4.)  Once we've decided on a piece and finalized all design components, you will be emailed an invoice with the final cost.  A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due before going into production.  This deposit applies to the total price of the order.  Once the deposit is received, we will start creating your one-of-a-kind piece of art! The remaining balance is due upon completion.  Custom work is final sale.
