Jenny Hiser is a Chicago-based artist and fashion professional whose creative work blends bold color, mixed media, aerosol-inspired techniques, acrylics, silkscreen, and three-dimensional elements. Her work is heavily influenced by urban street art and a passion for experimentation, detail, and artistic freedom.
Jenny's creative background extends beyond fine art into the fashion and media industries. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing & Management and has worked as an Assistant Designer at Claire's Inc., in the Fashion Closet at Seventeen Magazine, and in the Art Department at Glamour Magazine. She has also had the opportunity to dress celebrities for The Oprah Winfrey Show, bringing together her interests in fashion, design, and visual storytelling.
Today, Jenny's commissioned artwork is collected by art enthusiasts worldwide, with original pieces featured through HomeGoods, HomeSense, Marshalls, and Wexel Art. Her growing portfolio includes headlining a gallery exhibition and having her work featured along Chicago's Magnificent Mile.
Through her art programs, Jenny brings her diverse creative experience into the classroom, encouraging students to experiment, think creatively, and develop their own unique artistic voice.
Custom Work
Jen offers an array of custom works, including pet portraits, human portraits, skate deck portraits, furniture, and more. Custom portraits can be ordered in the shop, where you will find listings for framed/unframed options. Hiser + Animal Rescues
Traveling from her home-base in Chicago, to NYC, Hiser collaborated with four different NY animal rescues...Badass Animal Rescue, Muddy Paws, Best Friends, and the NYCACC. These amazing
organizations welcomed her into their space to photograph their animals up for adoption. Hiser then took these photos and transformed them into original works of art. Exciting new products featuring this artwork are now in the shop. Be sure to check them out!
