What is your shipping policy?

* For expedited delivery options at an extra charge, please email email@example.com prior to purchase
* Processing time: Approx. 3-5 business days on most items
* FOR LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS, processing & delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on our freight carriers availability and the distance that needs to be traveled. We will do our best to get your item shipped asap. You will receive an email shortly after purchase regarding the best delivery options.
* FREE pick up is available out of our studio in Hoffman Estates, IL. Check "studio pick up" at checkout.
* Illinois residents must pay sales tax on all orders.
* Other items such as customs duty charge and other fees and taxes may apply for international addresses as well as for those located in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
*Tracking is included with all purchases and customer will receive tracking number as soon as item is shipped.
Once item is sent and shipping confirmed, JENNY HISER LLC will not be held responsible if item is declared delivered and not received. We will do everything we can to assist in filing a claim for lost or damaged items, but ultimately reimbursement is at the discretion of the shipping company and the insurance policies they have set forth. Item and shipping cost will not be reimbursed until claim has been submitted and shipping company has approved the claim and issued reimbursement to JENNY HISER LLC. What is your return policy?
Unless otherwise noted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review listing thoroughly. We are more than happy to provide additional information, photos, and answer any questions you may have regarding a particular item.
*Also, please note that colors may slightly vary from what you see on your screen due to lighting, monitor settings, and other variables.
If you live in the Chicagoland area, you are more than welcome to stop by our studio to check out a particular item prior to purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
OR! Catch us at one of the various art festivals we'll be at to take a look at our product up close!! If you're able to attend, and would like to see a particular item in person, email email@example.com prior to the show, and we may be able to bring that particular piece with us for you to see in person! Join our mailing list, and you'll be updated on all of the shows that we will be attending throughout the year.
What are the care instructions for all hand-painted items?
All pieces are hand painted and require special care. To dust, it is recommended to use microfiber cloths or Swiffer cloths. In the event that something spills on the piece, gently clean it with a mild soap and water. Avoid all contact with furniture polish, abrasive cleaners, sprays, excessive water, alcohol, and anything acidic. If purchasing a furniutre item, always use coasters to avoid heat rings or stains from glasses.
